Men’s Therapy
in San Francisco & Online
Many men struggle silently with shame, anxiety, intimacy challenges, compulsive behaviors, or a sense of emotional disconnection. Therapy becomes a grounded space to understand these pressures without humiliation, judgment, or performance.
I work from a psychoanalytic and relational perspective that helps men understand the roots of their defenses, the impact of cultural and familial expectations, and the boyhood wounds that still shape how they relate. Together, we strengthen emotional insight, build more secure connections, and support a clearer sense of self and desire.
