Support for Individuals and Relationships
Seeking Growth and Clarity
Therapy for Adults
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-sabotage, or a general sense of disconnection, therapy offers a space to slow down and reflect. I work with adults of all genders seeking to break free from limiting emotional patterns, reconnect with themselves, and move through life with greater clarity and intention. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your struggles, strengthen your emotional resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy for Teens
Adolescence can be intense, confusing, and full of pressure—from within and from the outside world. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where teens can explore their identity, emotions, relationships, and life challenges. I collaborate with both teens and their families to strengthen self-understanding, emotional regulation, and communication. My approach honors each teen's individuality while helping them develop the insight and tools they need to feel more grounded and confident.
relationship therapy
I work with partners of all genders and relationship structures who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or in conflict. Whether you’re navigating challenges around communication, trust, intimacy, or long-standing patterns, our work focuses on creating a more honest and secure connection. I help people understand each other more deeply, move out of reactive cycles, and co-create the kind of relationship they truly want—whether that means healing, growing, or redefining it altogether.

This Therapy May Be Right for You If…
You’ve done your best to manage life’s challenges, but something still feels off. Maybe you keep repeating the same relationship patterns, overwork to avoid your feelings, or feel disconnected from your own desires. You might look like you have it all together from the outside, yet internally you feel stuck, anxious, or unsure how to break the cycles that keep you from real fulfillment.
Therapy offers a place to slow down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface — to trace patterns back to their emotional roots and begin relating to yourself in new ways. Together, we’ll explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, identifying what’s protective, what’s outdated, and what’s ready to shift.
Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, intimacy challenges, self-sabotage, or a loss of direction, this work invites you back to yourself. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative — focused on helping you gain clarity, restore connection, and make choices that reflect who you truly are.
How It Works
-
My full fee is $170 per session, with a sliding scale available based on income. I believe therapy should be accessible—please inquire to learn more about where you might fall on the scale.
-
Your privacy is taken very seriously, and all information shared in therapy remains confidential, with the following legal exceptions:
If there is reasonable suspicion of child, elder, or dependent adult abuse.
If you disclose intent to harm another person or yourself.
For clients under 12 (or 12–18 whose parents/guardians are paying for treatment), certain health information may be shared with the parent/guardian.
In compliance with AB1775, I must report any disclosure of downloading or accessing child pornography to local authorities.
If you request reimbursement from your insurance provider, they may require access to treatment records.
If you have any concerns about confidentiality, we can discuss them in our initial consultation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that clients provide at least 24-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. If an emergency arises, we can discuss rescheduling options.
-
I do not accept insurance but can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Important: Please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether they cover services provided by out-of-network therapists.
