therapy Services

in san francisco & online

I support adults, teens, and couples navigating emotional, relational, and identity challenges. My work draws from a warm, contemporary psychoanalytic approach—one that helps you understand the deeper patterns shaping your life, strengthen emotional resilience, and build more authentic, grounded relationships.

I work with clients across California, including the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and San Diego, offering in-person therapy in San Francisco and online sessions statewide.

Below, you’ll find an overview of my services and how I can support you or your family.

How It Works

  • First step: Introductory Check-in

Begin with a brief 20-minute video or phone consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and determine whether we’re a good fit. You can share your goals, ask questions, and get a sense of my style and approach before scheduling your first full session.

  • Second step: Schedule our first session

If it feels like a good fit after our check-in, we’ll schedule your first 50-minute session. During this appointment, we’ll explore your goals more deeply, begin understanding your patterns, and set the foundation for our work together. You’ll receive secure access to your client portal to complete intake forms and confirm your appointment details.

  • Third step: Make Your Plan

Together, we’ll clarify your goals and outline a plan that fits your needs, pace, and priorities. Whether you’re seeking short-term focus or longer-term depth work, we’ll decide on session frequency and therapeutic focus areas to support meaningful, sustainable growth.
